Big Blue Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/out cleaning. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Booking and Cancellation
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies
Access to Your Home
You agree to provide safe access to your home during scheduled service times. This may include providing keys, codes, or being present at the time of service.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
- Prices are subject to change with notice
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Liability
Big Blue Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items of extraordinary value not disclosed before service
- Damage caused by defective or unstable items
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Blue Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
